AnyTwin Connect

FutureOn’s vision is to facilitate greater collaboration throughout organizations by enabling and connecting data and digital twins of offshore and onshore fields across the life of field.

Interoperability between data platforms, simulations and digital twins is key to enabling best in class platforms. As a natural expansion of FieldTwin as the Open Energy Platform we have therefore launched the FieldTwin ANYTWIN program for any digital twin software.

This approach allows the subsea and topside digital twins to be connected helping to:

• Increase collaboration
• Improve efficiency
• Improve quality of decision making
• Reduce engineering time
• Reduce risk
• Reduce costs

The AnyTwin Connect Program allows you to build connectors to other Digital Twin Solutions that have an open API and allows for data exchange between the platforms, and offers the following features and capabilities:

• AnyTwin Connector allows for bidirectional synchronization of projects between Digital Twins
• The AnyTwin Connector uses the FieldTwin REST API
• The AnyTwin Connector Framework is available as Open Source
• It allows for synchronization of the following data types
  • Network Topology: Pipelines, Cables, Wells etc.
  • 3D Surfaces: Bathymetry, DEM, DTMs, Reservoir
  • Energy Assets: Topside, Subsea, Wind, Solar, Hydrogen
  • Metadata: Engineering Standards Attributes for all equipment and user defined data
  • Cost Data
  • Documents etc.

In summary this allows you to utilize the various Enterprise workflows and software available in each Twin.

FutureOn provides the following AnyTwin Connectors today:

• Bentley iTwin Connector is available now
• Kongsberg KogniTwin Connector is planned for development
