By accessing the FieldTwin Public Sandbox Environment, (“Sandbox”) you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Public and Non-Proprietary Data

All datasets made available within the Sandbox are public and non-proprietary. They are provided solely for demonstration and evaluation purposes and should not be construed as containing confidential, accurate, or production-grade information.

2. User-Generated Content

Any designs, models, or data you create, upload, or modify within the Sandbox are considered non-confidential and may be visible to other users. FieldTwin does not guarantee the preservation, privacy, or continued availability of any user-generated content within this environment. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to share or upload.

3. Restrictions on Use

The Sandbox is provided exclusively for non-commercial, evaluation purposes only. You may not use any materials, data, or outputs generated within the Sandbox for commercial activities — including, but not limited to, resale, project implementation, or integration into commercial software or services. 

4. No Warranty: Limitation of Liability

The Sandbox and all associated data are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purposes. Access and use are at your own risk. FutureOn and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the Sandbox, its contents or its data.

By submitting the request form and entering the Sandbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
